If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one item, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date you purchased it from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. It must also be in the original packaging, any product returned or exchanged for whatever reason via post or courier services will be at the purchaser’s expense as well as any cost difference should you decide to exchange your purchase for another item of a higher price. Pictures of products presented on our website are for presentation purposes only, all items come standard and any optional extras are not included and will be added as an additional cost.

Schapen uses 3rd party couriers to deliver all online purchases within a regional town/city or main centre locations. Deliveries to outlying areas may attract an additional surcharge that may not be calculated on checkout. In the event of this being applicable, we will contact the you to make relevant arrangements.
Yes, should you be located outside of South Africa, an additional surcharge for the courier fee, taxes & duties that will apply. Should you prefer for us to courier your product to outside of South Africa, please can contact us by sending an email to on info@schapencollection.co.za
Orders take 3 – 5 working days to be delivered, depending on your location. Please email us on info@schapencollection.co.za should you have any issues with your delivery.

Our products are made from 100% Merino Sheepskin. All our materials are sourced from ethical and responsible traders that are based in the Karoo.
Due to our sheepskin rugs being a natural product, they average between 100cm long by 65cm wide, and our pram & cot liners are created in universal sizes. Should you prefer to confirm the size that you will be receiving, you can send us an email on info@schapencollection.co.za.
